Terrible customer service. Not user friendly. Nearly impossible to cancel membership after being a member for over a year. Can no longer use anytime due to medical condition and was charged for two months after canceling through automated system. The team there takes no responsibility for taking care of there members or trying to help them and insists members call automated number that directs you to the Internet to get help.
